I think I’ll go to New York tomorrow…
In what has to be the most spontaneous thing Marga and I have ever done, we just bought tickets to go to New York tomorrow. Our flight leaves in less than 11 hours. We’ll be in New York by noon.
What better way to celebrate my 28th birthday and our -1 wedding anniversary?
As a coincidence, it will be exactly 10 years since the only other time I’ve been to the Big Apple. I spent my 18th birthday there with a bunch of people I didn’t know from my college dorm on a school-organized trip. I went to the top of the World Trade Center last time. Probably won’t this time.
We’ll return on Sunday, with a camera full of pictures, no doubt.
I do all this for you, my dear readers…

Happy Birthday, Grandma!
