Actually, I have had the chance to work out for extended periods of time in both of them and my business goes to the first one.

Even when you find some people "top-heavy", there are many "regular" people just doing fitnessand/or aerobic work. The environment and working-out culture is much better and efficient in Transworld Gym. And the people exercising much more willing to explain new exercises to you or give you a hand in your work-out.

Although Korpos also offers a quality workout. It is a very fine gym and the locker-rooms / showers are probably superior.

I resent the fact that you have turned these two completely different disciplines into a direct comparison, based on a hypothetical sparring match.

It is like comparing apples with oranges.

One person is training to be an intimidating fighter with an efficient body, the other is training to have larger muscle mass, with good definition and muscle symmetry.

Perhaps it would be more appropriate to recognise a contrasting objective, and the inherent differences.
