		<description>It really is great jerky and it usually ships next-day.  None of that dumb pressed meat junk filled with preservatives and available everywhere.  His jerky is thin strips of real meat.  Though I have his secret recipe (under lock and key, and NDA, so don&#039;t ask) he can still make it better than I; I just bought a pound of jerky from him about a month ago.

But I have always smoked fish better than he, and now that I live in Alaska I get tons of yummy salmon free for the gathering.  In July I&#039;ll gather (at no cost, even for the permit) 75 sockeye (red) salmon, each 5 to 10+ pounds, using a 5&#039; hoop net connected to a 20 foot pole.
