Now that Nora has mastered the art of rolling over from her stomach (prone) to her back (supine), she felt it would be best to spread this knowledge to other babies around the world. There are only four steps, and she demonstrates them clearly in the following instructional video.

If you, or someone you know, has trouble rolling over, it’s not to late to master the skill! Follow closely with the instructor.

This might be harder than going the other way, but since Nora has no interest whatsoever in being on her stomach, she’s not really motivated to go the other way.

Eva has never rolled from belly to back. Until she learned how to go from her belly straight into a sitting position (up onto knees, then push back with hands), here’s how she went from belly to back:

1. Lift all arms and legs simultaneously so you’re teetering on your belly, with a distraught look on your face.

2. Repeat step 1.

3. Whine.

4. Repeat step 1.

5. Start crying.

6. Someone comes and rolls you over or picks you up.
