Printable iPhone 6 Models - iPhone 6 PlusOne problem with the latest iPhone models, 6 and 6 Plus, is that they are completely new sizes, so it’s not at all obvious which one you should get until you actually hold them both in your hand – and even then it’ll be a tough decision with trade-offs to consider. I looked around and found lots of sites drawing them relative to previous models to give an idea of how big they are, but that’s not the same as holding one. So I created a PDF document with each model more or less – they aren’t millimeter-exact – “life sized”.

I wonder where that plane is going

Plane Finder ARI’ve had my iPhone 4 for almost two years now, and it’s been at least six months since an app has really wowed me. The last one was surely Word Lens, the app that lets you point your phone at some foreign text, and it translates it right there on the screen for you. Okay, to be honest, Word Lens is quite a bit more technologically mind-blowing than the app I’m about to tell you about, but it’s been a while since I’ve pulled anyone over to say, “Hey, look what my phone can do!”

Apple Amazes

AppleYesterday morning I had a video conference with Bangkok, as international men of mystery like myself do on Friday mornings. It was actually with my friend Jacob, who is there for a month on business and had his workday cancelled because of the heavy flooding Thailand is currently experiencing, so he was bored in his hotel suite and sent me an iMessage. When I initiated a FaceTime call with him, I realized as soon a I pressed the button to call him that there was no way it would work.
